NSR-Ag was founded by Dr. Tomer Feldmann in 2016.
Dr. Feldmann is a regulatory affairs specialist, experienced as a global regulatory product manager and team leader at one of the leading global crop protection companies. In these positions, Dr. Feldmann managed the global regulatory affairs of several active substances and the development of innovative active substances and mixture products, with emphasis on the European Union market. In addition to regulatory products management Dr. Feldmann specializes in metabolism, residues and consumer safety.
As a consultant, NSR-Ag supports the registration of Crop Protection Products, Veterinary Use Products and Biocides in the Israeli market, along with supporting global regulatory affairs of Israeli crop protection manufacturers and Israeli R&D based startups companies.
As a representative of leading global crop protection companies and with the advantage of expertise in the EU regulatory process which is closely followed by the Israeli Plant Protection and Inspection Services (Ministry of Agriculture) and the Ministry of Environmental Protection, NSR-Ag has established a productive and close working relationship with the competent authorities.
